Hey! - it's Brent once again with another update on Glenn's progress with his new passion… making money on Clickbank.
It's been little over two months now since Glenn started promoting products on clickbank. At first, he was really frustrated and sick and tired of trying and getting nowhere. He tried all the 'new' methods that had came down the pipeline lately and was about to unplug his computer for good.
I can't blame him - it IS hard to figure out the crap from what really works.
He doesn't really have any internet experience and, no matter how you slice it, making money online takes a couple of "special skills". If you want to immediately make it into a success, that is.
Glenn certainly has the drive to succeed and, what's very important, his drive is fueled imagining the day he can leave his J-O-B for good.
When I stopped by his home the other day, it's a real joy to see the look on his face when he shows me his first Clickbank check. His wife smiled and whispered to me, "Thank you… I was losing hope that all those long hours he sits at that computer was never going to pay off."
They were happy. But wasn't fun and laughter all the time, though.
The months before Glenn started making money on Clickbank, he was a bit of a nervous wreck… He'd bought every new course known to man. He'd been suckered into the pitch of all the internet pimps. (Did I say that out loud? If you've followed me at all, you know that won't be the last time I'll mention it.)
The typical worries are usually the same for every man or woman who wants to work from home and make money onine, questions like:
Can I pull this off? - Where do I start? How do I put up a site? How will I get any traffic? What will I do with the traffic once I get them to my site? How much more money do I have to invest until something pays off? - I must be missing something important? …
Since I have quite a bit of experience in setting up and running small niche businesses - I started 2 in the last couple of weeks and working full-time from home for over a year now… - the next logical step for me was to help Glenn out.
Earlier, he showed me his "first website" - it sucked … I mean bad.
So I stepped up to him and said: "Listen Glenn, if you want I can help you out by getting you started the right way… BUT you have to promise me that you won't stop there. Because that is THE #1 mistake 99% of all internet marketers make." (I'll tell you later about what I meant)
He felt relieved and accepted my help, he said "Thanks, Brent" probably 29 times :-)
We went to work and after just a couple of short days, Glenn called me up and was yelling in my ear… he'd made his first sale. It was only $20.17, but to him it was like winning the lottery. I looked at what he was doing and together we tweaked a few key steps he'd skipped and the orders started coming — like clockwork.
Today, 2 months later and with my help - Glenn continues to spit out a new campaign that makes him money every week or so, and his income has steadily climbed up.
Yesterday morning he called me up on the phone and said:"Brent, I earned $1,870.41 this last Clickbank check - there's no way I could have done this without you!"

As a little extra, I made a video about the progress Glenn makes in his internet business - I also mention a couple of useful tips in there ;-)
